Welcoming and accommodating. I chose ‘macaroni cheese’ and the owner/chef asked if I wanted it with red or white sauce. It was white for me (presumably red is tomato based . My pasta came cooked perfectly. Wine is available in small bottles (375ml , but not from the local producers; mine was from South Africa. They also serve beer and soft drinks. I was offered cheese to eat with my bread, and allowed a sample before I made a decision. I was also blown away by the cleanliness of the toilets. They were spotless. If you’re looking for a very good place to eat in Dodoma, Sipe fits the bill (which was very reasonable by the way! .

Great place to dine in Dodoma city centre. Coffee, African dishes are just perfect.
