Jack's - Dodge City

Burger was overcooked and the facilities were not the cleanest. Staff was friendly.

Clean place, but it was BIGGER BEFORE THEY REMODELED, it seems to me that a critical reason to remodel, would be to make it bigger,DUUUUHHHH.

The staff were ignoring customers in the lobby and doing orders one at a time. I waited 20 minutes just to order. Workers had no haste. I'm not trying to be nitpicky but this crew was just being lazy.

Fantastic service and family friendly atmosphere every time I have been. small town southern hospitality best. they will never be disappointed when they stop from this Jack’s restaurant.

I'm sorry to report that this location did not hold up to Jacks quality I've had at other locations. I don't do bad reviews usually I call and tell places the issues so they have a chance to correct it for the next patron. We were one of the first customers at opening time. The grits were watery no consistency. The hashbrowns soggy, greasy, weird taste from the oil cooked in. The sausage gravy a little thin but doable. Biscuits, sausage, eggs were good. Hopefully it was just an odd morning for preparation.
