What Stirling Fordham doesn't like about Cowboy Capital:
Walked in and the foyer area smelled of vomit. Sat at the bar which is probably the best part of the place, and that’s as much a compliment as I can give as a bar should be top notch — being a saloon in Dodge City. Bar tender didn’t tend much of anything and was almost never actually behind the bar. She was not sociable nor was there any atmosphere that one would expect in a place such as this. Went in for a late lunch, this was our first time. The person who sat us gave us a regular menu and a lunch menu. When the waitresses finally came over she rudely said that they gave us the wrong menus and lunch was over. She said this in a very rude manner. I know she just wanted our bill to be higher, what she didn't know that we are already good tippers. However, aside from that the food was delicious.

Food was great! I had the prime rib dip and my husband had the chili burger. Portions were very large. Service was exceptional.
I walked into this place thinking it would be a good experience. The layout of the restaurant itself is nice, the building seems to have a good steal house vibe. The issue is the people working there. It was just me and my mom, and it look them five minutes to notice we were there as the two waiters were on their phones.
