Burger King - Dodge City

I ordered drinks but their drink fountain doesn’t work so they told me they couldn’t give me anything to drink or refund me. Why would you let people order drinks if you know you don’t have any? This is 100% a scam employees do! They keep the money! I will not come back again. Don’t waste your time here.

We ordered two whoppers one with out lettuce. What we got was 1 whopper and one — lettuce, tomato,onion sandwich.

I waited at the drive through order for 10 mins didn’t hear anything at all asked if anyone was there… nothing so we thought maybe they were placing orders at the window and we waited 20 mins to get through just to be told we have to go back through because they don’t take orders at the window!!! Respond and maybe we’ll know what’s going on!!! Absolutely terrible.

People in lobby but sign said closed for COVID — Drive thru only. Being in a trailer, we could not drive through so we called… a couple of times. I was (rudely) directed to walk through the drive through where I found another gentleman also being treated rudely. There were some cars that food was brought out to while waiting. We were never told why some were let in, some were delivered to and others were left standing in the heat. The food was fresh, good and mostly done the way ordered.

Pretty popular late night place to eat. Pretty much the only one open after midnight. If you want extra mayo or extra ketchup or something on your burger make sure you specify very clearly extra that you want a lot because a lot to them is apparently very little.
