You need more staff on when there is an event on at Marvel, half our party had to get a refund for there food and missed out on dinner because we ran out of time to eat before the cricket started, waited an hour and 20 minutes before leaving. Your booking period stipulates 1hr 30mins when there is an event on, how can you stipulate this when you can’t get meals out in this time. View all feedback.
It was extremely busy and we were waiting over an hour for our meal. In the end we got a refund and left to go elsewhere.

The HOF has changed hands since my last visit and from the busy restaurant with a great vibe it was pretty disappointing. Food was ok but service terrible wont be back which is sad really used to Love it
Booked a table for 12 for our Christmas party at midday. My meal (ribs) was very disappointing as it was served cold, tough and difficult to cut. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. No one bothered to clear away our plates or used glasses until we left at 3pm which meant our table was chockers with dirty plates/ cutlery and accumulating used glasses from all the drinks we were ordering
Service a bit lack lustre but good was quick and delicious
