When I as... read more I visited during third shift hours, and I was disappointed by the service I received from the girl who took my order, whose name I believe was Mickie. When I asked her how she was doing, she completely ignored me and just told me my total. I noticed her name tag indicated she was a supervisor. After finishing my transaction, she turned away and started chatting with another employee, and I overheard them laughing and using inappropriate language. I'm really let down by the recent changes at this Sheetz. The quality of the food has declined, as has the level of customer service. I won't be returning to this Sheetz, at least not during third shift.

Eating... read more I ordered a salted pretzel, a cheese pretzel, and fries, but they mixed up my order. Instead, I received two salt-covered pretzels and no cheese pretzel. Eating these pretzels feels like drinking seawater. I'm really disappointed.
