good hotel room spacious and clean with balcony , correct spa lacks a bit of heat in the large swimming pool that we find really too warm but otherwise jaccuzzi and hammam very well , satisfactory and copious buffet breakfast, hotel restaurant is as well and the location of the hotel is perfect close to all View all feedback.

reception quite ordinary, delay of one hour to have the room scheduled to 15 hours, very rude governess instead of showing yourself kind especially when waiting for an hour his room. Roast chicken was rather dry and beans overcooked. Omelette burnt. Lacked presentation. Serving staff courteous and attentive.
Found the resturant uninspiring and the food unfortunately the same It was ok but wouldnt warrent any remarks to friends and colleages
As my assessment of the hotel explains, the breakfast is average, but lunch and dinner are worth going there.
Neither taste nor flavor, foods from a heated industrial kitchen and served by amateurs! Pass your way!
Note: good (it's not average, it's not very good!!!)Complex Spa pleasant .can be a bit under dimension compared to the number of rooms! the bathroom of our room (205) would deserve the passage of a technician: wanking apply, heating overheated in 2 min, impossible to put the shower on the bar without it falling, water full the floor qd we shower despite a wall!...and the dust in the room to review. beautiful property but to maintain more! This did not prevent us from spending a relaxing we! ideal location 2 steps from the lake!!
