Delicious gastronomic experience, very well attended by Marcela and Javier, who prepared one of the richest paellas I've ever eaten, the really good atmosphere and the attention of the details, certainly invites us to return. View all feedback.

There's no Rogelio without Baldomero. No Baldomero without Rogelio. Last night, with my family, we had perhaps the best culinary experience we've had in many years. Summoned in the routine and tyranny of the rush, rarely one stops to sharpen the senses and get carried away by what happens around. That was last night. From the moment Baldomero served us the vermú bianco, with the 'patatas fritas' and the picante, we started an orchestra of flavors. Each dish, every cover, had a story and explanation. And hearing it, we feel the depth of the past (something so is culture). Red and yellow, red flamenco and red bull furor, ham lords. Three different parts we tested with olive oil worthy of the first tree created by Atenea. It did not fail, of course, the tomato bread, faithful companions of the anxious angurriento. Then, if the after and the life is not only yesterday, there came a Catalan lid that, faithful to its origin, left us with the words cut. 'Val més un areng sobre el pa que un colom to fly', was heard far away. Turning to another chapter, we reached the climax: the raw ham croquette. How a kiss after the distance, strong and soft, sustained; like the look of love at first sight; how to listen, for the first time, to be told by dad or mom; so was the croquette. A crocante cloud painted by Turner. And finally, the Most Holy Trinity: Panned Langostinos, shrimp to the Spanish hatch and tortilla. A new commandment should be established that will force these three to come together. The Patagonian langostinos, osco and soft; the shrimp, sirens who danced a joy; and the tortilla babé, lords, a anointing of flavors. As always, there was no lack of wine and a faithful and new ally: the mandarin liqueur. And he closed, like all good night, with the sweet kiss of a Catalan cream. To conclude and if I get here, go, I ask, Rogelio, I heard Javier, snail if there are, and the great Baldomero. I promise you you're going to know what they call happiness.
Highly recommended. Key warming, a place to enrich culturally with the Spanish tradition. Perfect for tourists, pleasant for those living in Mendoza. Private parking, live shows and a large letter. Recommended.
Last night we went to Rogelio Restauran for the first time, so I say it won't be the last one. From the parking lot itself, the reception, the exquisite atmosphere, the music with the right volume, the order, the cleaning, the furniture according and so many more things. They make the place an unforgettable experience. We ate a menu of 7 steps tapeo Spanish...It has no waste, madness, ending it was almost impossible, nor talking about the rich, it was all at its point, it was noticed that everything was just done and especially with quality products. A separate paragraph for their owners, they treated us as friends that is valued, and much. I don't forget 'Blood' the man a great person who puts his experience wisdom and HEART in attention a 10 FELITATE for him. Thanks ' ROGELIO RESTORAN' For making us a common night an unforgettable one.
Quality in every detail, family warmth, exceptional attention. Great Spanish cuisine.
