Best Italian kind of pizza I've ever eaten in Mendoza. Elegance, finesse and flavors come out of the plate. Big pizza menu, nice attention. the owner Hector (who's a character) will entertain you while he runs back and forth from the kitchen. It worth the trip up to Carrodilla to enjoy this delicious pizzas. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Quattro Staggioni:
El lugar es muy lindo. Tienen una gran variedad de pizzas. Muy recomendable ir a comer. Lo único negativo que vi es que no se puede pedir 2 variedades de pizza en la misma pizza, y que si o si, hay que pagar en efectivo! View all feedback.
Large selection of pizzas. The ones we had so far were all delicious. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seats.
This place is a favorite, for several reasons. Most importantly, we like pizza with a crisp crust that is practically impossible to find elsewhere in Mendoza. It is made by a genuine Italian pizza manufacturer who practices his art on a counter in front of the wood stove and blossoms for all. Secondly, many months of the year you can outdoor in a kind of grass park from a friendly sheep and various other forms of animal life that make it attractive for children. Service varies, sometimes quite slow and other times, just good. The Arugula salad with generous shavings of Romano cheese, and one of the inexpensive bottles of wine are all you need, along with the pizza to explore this place. Although the menu next to the pizza has many options, we never have the need to try them.

After eating all the pizza that Mendoza has to offer, with the exception of a very select few places, this is hands down the best place for a pizza in the city. You 'll need a car, a friend with a car, or a taxi to get...here from the city center, but it 's worth the drive. The outside garden is nice and full of families enjoying pizza, wine and lively conversation. There are a ton of options for toppings, but some of our favorites are the Valle de Uco (apples, roquefort cheese) and the diavolo (spicy). The pizza is thin crusted and light. You CAN eat a whole one by yourself and you will want to!
