I know this locally still from my youthful age, which is now over 35 years back. the gasthof weinbauer was always known for its good home cooking. also for soli... read more I know this locally still from my youthful age, which is now over 35 years back. the gasthof weinbauer was always known for its good home cooking. also for solid and celebrating one is there at the right address. the cheerful in the summer months is something special near linz and steyr. For a long time, bauer franz was the only weinbauer who produced a uudler in oö.

The best Sou... read more We've been eating here for over 25 years. Great fresh food, good prices, fantastic outdoor terrace and balcony to eat in warm weather. Family race. The best Southern Fried Chicken (Backhendl) I have ever eaten (I am American from the Southwest of the USA). There are also a few 9 pins (cones) bowling alleys, always fun in winter. Guest House is located outside the St. Florian Centre on the road to Hofkirchen. Signs show you to turn. Follow the road one kilometre or so to the farm. Sometimes very busy... but worth waiting.
