They were out of biscuits, so they replaced them with four pieces of sour... read more I ordered the 8-piece meal from Hardee’s and waited five minutes just for the chicken. They were out of biscuits, so they replaced them with four pieces of sourdough bread, but they forgot to include any sides in the bag. I contacted both the manager and the district manager, but they said there was nothing they could do. There were only two employees working, which is absolutely ridiculous. If Hardee’s doesn’t have enough staff to handle the orders, they should just close the door. The menu offerings are fine, but the service was severely lacking.

She even rolled her eyes at us when we reached the window. She was a short Black woman with braids. Please consider removing her from your team. This location is usually friendly, but my experience today was very disappointing. I’m truly appalled!
