One of the highlights is the enclosed garden play park, where parents can enjoy their meals and drinks while the kids have a fantastic time. They even serve takeaway coffee in compostable cups, which is a nice eco-friendly touch! We spent £34 for two, which included drinks, a flat white, two freshly prepared meals, and a cake. The shop itself is a good size, selling local products, home goods, food items, toys, plants, and garden tools. We also enjoyed a lovely walk on the magical fairy trail. We look forward to returning with our family—it's truly a great place for families!

This is a great spot to visit with the family. The small walled garden (entrance £4, children free) doesn't offer much to see at this time of year, but I'm sure it's lovely in the summer. The shop features beautiful products, and the café has an excellent selection of cakes.

The restaurant features an impressive walled garden filled with a variety of plants, beautifully interspersed with flowers and trees, creating a lively atmosphere. In the café's garden area, there are outdoor seating options available. Additionally, there's a small fee to explore the surrounding woods, which is a fantastic adventure for little ones who have their own entrance.

A great fund in east lothian, if they are looking for something else, that is the place to go. more beautiful load to suit each and one caffe in the inner. great place when they have children, as there is a fairy way. I lost the number of the paintings I visited. there is no possibility of entry fee in the walled garden to be paid in the shop.

What a wonderful place. Popped in for a quick coffee. Wish I'd had longer to stop for lunch and have the delicious looking gluten free red pepper frittata and salad £10.50). Tables were well spaced for Covid and hand sanitizer provided. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely colourful handbags and big choice of gift items for everyone including children. Plants very healthy. Plenty of parking including disabled spaces next to the entrance. I highly recommend you visit soon.
