When you look up the time it says they close at 10pm but everytime we have gone after 8 or 8:30, they no longer serve food. So if you go for food, DO NOT GO AFTER 8 or 8:30 pm. They then say they close at 9pm at least in this location so they stop makingfood at 8:30. I haven't had a good experience with the service here. I've been three times, and each time my order has been incorrect or items have been missing.
On my last visit, I arrived at 8:20 PM and was informed they were only taking cash. When I inquired about their closing time, I was told it was 9 PM. I then went to get cash, but when I returned at 8:34 PM, I was told they were no longer serving food. I really wish they had mentioned their limited food service before I left to get cash.
I always have a great experience at this place when it comes to their slushies and shakes. However, I've had some issues with their food service. I placed my order through the app, requesting a Double Sonic Cheeseburger without onions and even paid extra for bacon. Unfortunately, what I received was the standard burger with onions and no bacon. It would have been nice to be informed if they were out of bacon, so I could have added something extra to my drink instead. That's my only complaint, though—their drinks are consistently excellent and never disappoint!
I had eaten at Sonic in Dinuba, CA, about 4 years ago. I will never eat here again. I got a chili dog. It was very thin and looked terrible. The chili was barely brushed on. I tried to contact them on their intercom to take it back, to get my moneyback. They never answered the intercom. I left there, threw the chili dog in the trash and never went back
Sat at drive through for over 5 minutes and noone wIted on us so we pulled through. Seeing that at least 2 people were inside talking to each other we pulled around into a stall and waited again. When a female finally came on speaker it was to tell usthere was no service in the stall area and we needed to go to the drive thru. We explained we had been there for some time andno one had waited on us. We were told to return to the drive thru again.No apology, nothing. We returned and had to wait forsomeone to respond again. Finally we were able to order. All we ordered were drinks and it took quite a sew wait for those. Thiswas a hours prior to the posted closing time. Won't be doing it again
