The plates are elegant, greedy, but never heavy: bømlo salmon, smoked salt pdt, shrapnel galettes revisited with mid-cuit tuna, Iberian plum. high quality desserts such as creamy and pistachio praline, or ganache chocolate with blue salt of persuasion and avocado. The table deserves a detour.

Unfort... read more Hello, We are currently staying at the hotel and decided to test the restaurant o'sens. My husband is a tartar lover, so he hasn't been long to decide... Unfortunately, what a disappointment! 24 euros for unprepared tartar. He even told me that it was the worst tartar in this price game he had eaten so far. As for me, meat that turned out to be too cooked... Also in this type of restaurant we do not expect to eat frozen fries. However, we note that the staff is really very friendly and kind.
