Thanks to the extraordinary kindness and skill of Arianna with our little girls .when the children are well we parents also enjoy relaxation!! excellent cuisine .mai ate an strudel so good made by the chef of the hotel!!! Being a star hotel we didn't expect anything, but we were interested in direct entry to the slopes. being for us the first time I contacted the hotel several times before our arrival to ensure that everything was organized. the owner, punctually dissolved all my doubts and made available to organize our trip in the best way. the hotel has far exceeded our expectations! the winter season opened that day with covid procedures and the first night we occupied one of the few rooms booked! despite my daughter being the only child present at the hotel that day, the animator Arianna made herself in order to make her have fun with kindness and competence! the service was great! all friendly and helpful staff; cleanliness at the top and dinners worthy of a star restaurant both in the service, and in the quality of the courses! the hotel is directly on the slopes and offers a grid service at noon for skiers directly on the track (only customers can reserve the tables at predefined times). we rented the skis in the center of town, but the withdrawal takes place in the hotel, so we just left them in the warehouse. to underline the enthusiasm of the employees in resuming the activity after the summer season! absolutely to recommend! absolutely the hotel where we will stop each time we decide to ski in those areas!

What made our stay truly special was the owners' friendliness. Gianni, the owner, was available to suggest walks and excursions, and he also offered us a tasting of local cheeses and cured meats, demonstrating his deep connection to the region. The waiters—Alex the maitre d', Agostino our waiter, and the other two serving staff—were always available and ready to satisfy our every request with a smile and politeness. The food was excellent, thanks to chef Vincenzo, who gave us a true culinary experience, delighting us with typical Trentino dishes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
