I am amazed how Nagas prepare such delicious food without using any oil. I have tried ethnic food in Kohima too but this restaurent in Dimapur trumps all of them. (Another reason to try Naga cuisine With palm oil and other seed oil in our everyday Indian snacks and foods causing chronic inflammation in our body, I think it would be good to shun the use of oil once in a while and go the Naga way.

Veg Thali, Axone with smoked pork and smoked pork ribs are my favourite items here. They don't disappoint.
