When we arrived, there was no acknowledgment from the staff, and the... read more During our visit, we were disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. When we arrived, there was no acknowledgment from the staff, and the only interaction we had was when we attempted to place our order. The woman who took our order was wearing gloves and spent several minutes aimlessly wandering in the sandwich area before returning to gather more paper for our sandwiches. Shockingly, she did not change her dirty gloves during this time, which was quite off-putting. After finally putting down the paper, she asked us what we wanted, and I had to ask her if she could please change her gloves. At that point, we decided to leave immediately due to the unsanitary conditions. Before even addressing the glove issue, I noticed that the meat prep area was unclean, with cheese and other food items spilled across various containers. The cheese appeared warm and melted, and there were used plastic containers with leftover meats scattered around. I would strongly advise the management to ensure their staff is trained on how to properly welcome customers, maintain hygiene, and keep the food area clean.

I always seek out small coffee shops wherever I go, and this one was a great find! There was no pressure to make a purchase, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
