The customer service at this restaurant was very poor, in fact, it was the worst I have ever experienced. I have never heard of an entrepreneur telling a customer to never come back simply because a payment didn't go through. The coffee was delightful, and the barista was extremely helpful when we inquired about breakfast spots in the city.
I regularly go to coffee. they are always very friendly and fast!
Rebecca and Greg are so good to us!! They are wonderful, down to earth people who know coffee!! A family favorite!! They spoil us!! Thor is the mascot!! We love him!!

After reading other reviews, it seems like this is a common response from the owner - telling customers not to return. It's surprising that this business is still operating with such terrible customer service. When I called to inquire about a payment issue, the owner simply hung up on me instead of taking the time to resolve the issue. I would not recommend visiting this restaurant as they clearly do not prioritize customer service. I will not be returning and will also advise my friends not to as well.
