This place is great! Come in for a cozy dinner, with amazing fusion selections that will not disappoint! If you order wine, go with the pairing they recommend, it was perfect! What Anonym dislikes about Cafe Profusion:
Currently they only do takeout orders. It was a little confusing when calling them, we thought it was just busy and no one was picking up, but just leaving a message with your name and phone and they will handle it like a queue. The food was alright nothing spectacular just Asian inspired cooking View all feedback.

The food here is out of this world. So flavorful without being too spicy or salty. I wish I lived near by so I could eat it once a week. We will eat here every time we visit!
Phenomenal fusion menu with vegan options that everyone will like. Bill the owner is there to greet you at the door, very friendly and personable but doesn't hover. Quintessential host. Very small dining room, outdoor would be nice in summer. Will be an essential stop each visit to CO. And it is.
Came here for years and they used to serve 5 star food but now it's just okay and very expensive. I ordered two entrees off the menu and had to repeat my order three times over the phone. She seemed very confused, I hope everything is okay. Used to be our favorite in the area so I'll probably give it another chance.

After a week in Dillon and trying every possibility, Cafe Profusion is hands down the best place for vegans. Their garbanzo bean curry stew and their gingered lentils (daal) are a delight to the palate with creative flavors and whole, fresh vegetables. I'm going back to try their roasted carrot and red quinoa salad and their carrot ginger soup. Met lots of locals at the outside carryout window singing the praises of this little mom and pop shop. You will be dining outdoors in the shade, but hey, it's perfect Rocky Mountain weather. If you want creative, tasty, healthy, satisfying vegan food, Cafe Profusion is the place.
Lovely cafe with very fresh ingredients clearly owned by people who care about quality.
Having experienced a lot of great vegan food in Austin I am sometimes disappointed when I travel. Especially when fusion describes the taste. I will eat here every time I visit Dillon because I really like the vegan options here. If the understandable policy allowed it I would rate five stars because it is better to me than top restaurants I have experienced. This is not a fancy restaurant. It is tiny. The tastes are sophisticated.
Love it, fresh delicious flavors that I don’t ever want to stop eating when I get there :
After spending a week in Dillon and trying various places, I can confidently say that Cafe Profusion is the best option for vegans. The garbanzo bean curry and the gingered lentils (daal) are truly delightful, bursting with creative flavors and fresh vegetables. I'm definitely going back to sample the roasted carrot and red quinoa salad, as well as the carrot ginger soup. I met many locals at the outdoor serving window, all singing the praises of this charming little eatery. Dining in the shade is lovely, especially with the perfect Rocky Mountain weather. If you’re looking for creative, delicious, healthy, and satisfying vegan cuisine, Cafe Profusion is the place to go.

This restaurant is fantastic! It’s a wonderful spot for a cozy evening meal, offering an amazing selection of fusion dishes that certainly don’t disappoint. When ordering wine, I highly recommend going with their suggested pairings — they were perfect! You order and pay at the counter, then help yourself to menus, utensils, napkins, and water. Though we live in Los Angeles and rarely visit the same place twice, this spot is a must-try! It's small, so if you enjoy it as much as we did, definitely consider getting some takeout!
Dining here is truly out of this world. The flavors are exquisite without being overly spicy or salty. I only wish it were closer to home so I could enjoy it every week. We make it a point to eat here every time we visit!
I dined at Cafe ProFusion while biking around Dillon Reservoir, and truly enjoyed the experience. On the upper floor of a shopping center, the restaurant is very small only fifteen seats inside but had a nice outdoor seating area. The menu featured a small yet highly varied selection of vegan dishes that were clearly marked. The red lentil daal, the carrot ginger soup, and the quinoa brown rice pilaf were all interesting and flavorful. Service is attentive and knowledgeable, with the owners frequenting the tables one of them mentioned plans to add a tofu coconut curry the menu. Overall, a surprisingly excellent dining experience!
After a week in dillon and try any possibility, cafe profusion is hands down the best place for vegans. her Garbanzo-Bohnen-Curry-Eintopf and her gingered-lentils-dal are a joy at the palate with creative aromen and whole fresh vegetables.
