The Spruce Kitchen is the best restaurant in Dillingham and I’d argue the best anywhere on Bristol Bay or the Nushagak. They grind the meat for their burgers, shop for fresh produce every day and their pizzas are unbelievably delicious. The beverages they order are healthy and delicious. Limited menu, food seemed to be just warmed up frozen so not great. Our waitress was sweet and offered good customer service. Off the main road so due to sign, easy to be missed. View all feedback.

They grind the meat for their burgers, shop for fresh produce every day and their pizzas are unbelievably delicious. The beverages they order are healthy and delicious. The restaurant is sparklingly, immaculately clean. They will never serve anything subpar, I can’t say enough good things about them. Delicious food and impeccable service. 11/10 Would recommend to everyone!

The cleanest restaurant in Dillingham. Freshly ground burgers and amazing pizza!! Recommend to anyone and everyone!!
Buffalo wing pizza. Eat there between June 20 July 20 and watch the commercial fishermen run around.
Fast service, good food, clean. What else would you ask for in Dillingham?
