They grind their own meat f... read more The Spruce Kitchen is the best restaurant in Dillingham, and I'd say it's the finest anywhere in Bristol Bay or the Nushagak region. They grind their own meat for burgers, use fresh produce sourced daily, and their pizzas are absolutely incredible. The drinks are both healthy and delicious. The restaurant is immaculate and incredibly clean. They consistently serve only exceptional dishes; I can't recommend them highly enough. The food is delightful, and the service is remarkable. I'd give them an 11 out of 10—I would recommend them to everyone!

On the positive side, our waitress was very friendly and delivered excellent customer service. The restaurant is situated just off the main road, and the signage makes it easy to overlook.
