My beef roulade was great recently. If it 's offered again sometime, I 'll be there, and the pork schnitzel even more so

Best brewery food from: grilled chicken, extremely large portions of schnitzel with really good sauces, to seasonally changing home cooking such as roulades, roast suckling pig, chive/beef salad, Gefillde/Gefülle (filled dumplings with bacon cream sauce and sauerkraut), Lyoner pan, Strammer Max . If you 're hungry and/or thirsty, you 'll get your money 's worth here. Personally, I 'm finally in love with food again. The Merziger Brauhaus, on the other hand, is a joke in terms of selection. Of course, advance reservation would be an advantage, especially on Fridays, as there is a really good crowd! Definitely my new favorite place and future regular customer. If you prefer burgers instead of home cooking, you can head on over to the Merziger Brauhaus. Thank you “Mäggi”, Johanna and the rest of the team!
