First, you wait an hour and a half for your food, only for my fries to taste like garbage and my burger to have a 4cm thick onion on it and it was completely cold, which is the absolute worst garbage.

On the... read more First of all: I stupidly gave the wrong address on the menu and called as soon as I noticed and reported it. That was 15 minutes after placing my order. On the phone, I was told that it was bad, that they would have to look up the address, and that I would then complain that the food was cold. I apologized. Whatever the case. Maybe it was busy, or maybe I gave the wrong address first because I had to wait 1.5 hours, but that's bearable. The first thing I saw at the front door was a face like it had been raining for three days, and the interaction with me was more superficial than I'd ever experienced. It wasn't rude, but unfriendly. The pizzas tasted extremely good. However, the rating drops because I lost my appetite when I fished out a hair in the salad dressing. So, it's not because the food is cold that I'm giving it such a negative rating, but because a hair is rather unpleasant. It's okay in the kitchen at home, but it's a real stomach-churning experience in a restaurant.
