The meal was delicious, and the service was excellent. A big thank you to the staff at Cousins of Hasselt.

We visited this restaurant just for a meal. I was okay with my food, but the portion of pasta with scampi was disappointingly small. When we mentioned it to the staff, they were not polite about it. The portion size was smaller than usual and lacked pesto, instead having only herbs and butter. Despite this, they charged us 24 euros for it. Personally, I am not picky about food, but this experience left me unimpressed.

Pasa pesto scampi. Here's that pasta with butter and herbs. Don't expect a big plate. A child has just enough of this. This is where I pay 24 euros? Yeah, I gave this back, with the notion that it was a lot too little and that there was no pesto at my pasta, and I got it back with the notion that that was a normal portion. So that sign was allowed to stay in the kitchen. You suddenly know where the thieves are on the market in fat mouse.

Very rafty and friendly service. Nice food like that. Top of the top.
