The quality of the ingredients is felt, especially fish, salmon melted and tasted. It's been a while since I had not eaten Japanese food as good. Map well provided, many choices, so many alternatives for those who do not like raw fish. Some dishes were a little expensive but not shocking, value for money quite acceptable. I'll try everything.
