When I'm on a dijon, I can take a sandwich before I leave and go to paul's. friendly team (although very moving), which takes time to serve customers. There is always a choice and I never had to complain about quality! affordable price much more than a traditional bakery.
While transferring trains at the Gare De Dijon you may be limited in time to get food for the rest of your journey. When you see the Paul Bakery shop you can trust they have excellent food at a great price. Their coffee, take away beverages, sandwiches and baked goods selection is great. They have plenty of tasty baguette sandwiches. Grab and Go on your journey.
This chain bakery is found at almost every gare in France. It's a practical place to buy a sandwich to take with you on the train as the food is not good on the trains, if they have any at all.
