The owners are very friendly, and Quebec cuisine, mastered. The poutines are a real success (attention, they offer the doggy bag office), special mention for the trapper and smoked meat. The desserts are not in the rest, the pudding of the unemployed is a pleasure. Do not hesitate to pass the door, especially if you are not afraid to eat for two, or leave enough remains for your next meal!

We both took a poutine from the trapper, it was delicious (1st poutine for us, in good quantity, I couldn't finish my dish: "but we can take our remains. Special mention of ring waves and St Ambrose beer has maple. The server that welcomed us and cashed was very nice! You won new customers:

Not dietary (but we don... read more I chose this restaurant because I absolutely wanted to taste a poutine, which I had only seen in reports. Not disappointed for a second. Not dietary (but we don't come for that), but good and hearty. The emphasis of the boss does not leave too much doubt that the recipe is in line with the original. The staff is in small care, who regularly worry that everything is fine. The desserts are tempting but forget it if you're not a big eater. A few Canadian specialties for sale (bought with maple syrup)
