The cake of... read more Everything on the menu can be served as a vegan option, which means you're spoiled for choice. The sandwiches we had were enormous and super tasty. The cake of the day also was delicious, and the house chai tea is really spicy, and warms you up from the inside (which worked a treat on a showery day in Dijon). Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very warm, and it's obvious it is a place frequented by the locals.

From the very first moment we stepped in, I knew this place was something special. The food? Absolutely divine. I adored the beautiful fusion of Western and Indian/Hindu aesthetics, it felt like stepping into a little cultural dreamscape. We overheard other guests complaining about the restroom situation, but for me, it was a dream come true. As I made my way there, my eyes fell upon an oriental-style carpet adorning the wall, and in that moment I felt an almost poetic connection to faraway cultures. It was as if the space whispered stories from distant lands, turning a mundane trip into a fleeting yet magical cultural encounter.. I ordered the vegan burger, while my husband’s friend went for a wrap, and we both treated ourselves with mango lassis. To say they were good would be an understatement, they were the pure sunshine in a glass. And then there was our waitress, a truly sweet, gentle soul, radiating warmth and kindness. Every interaction felt like being cared for by a friend. This wasn’t “just” a restaurant, it felt like walking into a home where you’re instantly embraced and cherished. Thank you for giving us not just a meal, but a memory. My husband’s friend and I both agreed: this was one of the happiest experiences of our lives.
