During a stay at the Holiday Inn Dijon we had lunch while we were waiting for our room.although the restaurant was closing at 2 pm they were friendly and flexib... read more During a stay at the Holiday Inn Dijon we had lunch while we were waiting for our room.although the restaurant was closing at 2 pm they were friendly and flexible and allowed us to have lunch although we arrived at their closing time.it was a pleasant experience. Service was friendly and efficient.they had a small but exquisite choice of wines by the glass.I had a very good Cotes du Rhône with my pavé du Cangourou. The filet came with a very tasty cabbage accompaniment.a surprising and perfect combination.my partner had Coq au Vin with Spätzle which was a huge portion and very well prepared,too. For dessert we had a perfectly made Creme brulee. I highly recommend this place.it was full with local business people which is nearly always a good sign.there is vast guarded outside parking free for guests.it is always great when your hotel has an excellent dining venue.
