Very good, the fish is very fresh, the coleslaw well seasoned. Good welcome. Fast service. The lunch menus are inexpensive €12.50).

Excellent lunch at Central Sushi in Dijon. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was quick and friendly, perfect for lunchtime. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. I highly recommend it!
