The restaurant we wanted was closed so this was a surprise. Service was exceptional. Atmosphere quiet and pleasant. The food was very good at very reasonable prices. My wife had the duck which she said was the best of the trip. I had the brochetfe...and I talked the waiter down from medium well to medium rare. It was US medium rare which in France is overcooked. Had lunch in this well-frequented and classy-looking restaurant. Their service was odd from the start no, it is absolutely not possible to order their more expensive, regional menu with an entrée of their cheaper menu, even if you are of course willing to pay...the higher price. Next to the market in dijon this restaurant has attractive tom dixxon lighting and excellent eating. we had the euro 35 menu that had very good starters eggs in local red wine sauce, escargot in cream sauce. then lame and laugh, then two superb. desert's apple and chocolate soufflé. good wine menu with elegant crying on glass. young very attentive and friendly staff.
Went there with my family to have a few snacks in the lunch time. We were four and ended up ordering 1 meat brochette and 2 flammekueche in the Dijon style and loved everything!!! Even though we were hungry, it was too much food for...4 persons, so we took some of the flammekueche home. This restaurant is really worth to try, the service is fast and good, while the food is tasty and well served!
Fantastic service from start to finish, nice ambiance, and the 'menu regional ' was outstanding. A great wine list and I was very happy I chose to visit.
I returned my food 3 times in order to get a medium beef.. Manager use the excuse of low English level but in fact Chef is really mediocre.. Really spoiled my night.. almost 1,5 hours waiting to get something in condition to eat.. got free...drinks but it doesn’t compensate my frustration..
