Welcome and efficient service, despite my arrival at peak time, very little waiting, ideal for lunch break. Salted pancakes (full) very good and hearty, served with a beautiful portion of salad. Soft cream also copier (maison caramel with butter, whipped). The dough is delicately scented to the orange blossom, which is very rare (usually no perfume), supple and very pleasant to taste. Note that they work organic flour. Open kitchen, perfectly clean and doubled. It was nice to see the chef do our pancakes before you taste them. Price more than reasonable. I highly recommend!
