We would have liked to be able to check the good reviews read on this restaurant. But at 8:30 we were greeted by a strange and peremptory "the restaurant service is over!" . . so if you want to go there for dinner, plan to go there very early. may be the curists lay down they like the chickens, but in mid-August by a very nice day it appeared to us early to refuse to restore us. Came for business.I chose one of the only 2 hotels worthy of the baths. We had a room for 2.At the resa we were told the dispo of the room from 5pm. Arrived at 5pm the boss daigne opened the door by insisting that in principle he opens at 5:30pm, but he makes an exception. He gave us a speech for 15 minutes on "how it works": the keys to go home, the remote controls for TV, the wifi...to believe that nothing really works well and that everything holds with string tips.I had the trouble to tell him that we were tired because we had left for 5am and that we just wanted to ask ourselves, he replied that it made him laugh because it was 30h that he had been up! But to do what?The hotel is miteux. stair with black carpet, welcome by an iron curtain that keeps the reception bank in old-fashioned wood, mattress almost laying down parterre,plafond in the mold bathroom... that make the control services....The tv is small and suspended as in the hosto. And again we had a room "luxe"Don't count on the parking lot because it's private for the owner who farms it at 8:00 pm.sinon it will offer you public parking in front of the hotel.Not really it is necessary that the tourist office do something for those who just want a correct hotel. even a poor ibis, or a best western.if you open it to sleep elsewhere...
This is a well located hotel i the city of Digne-les-Bains, a litttle bit old style but clean, and comfortable with a nice couple to attend you.
A small family restaurant or it's good for a while. the products are fresh and the warm welcome. not in a way but in a qualitative way

Small hotel that does not pay for a mine, but warm and friendly reception from the owner and the staff, as the Provencals know when they want it. single room, with flat TV, shower, well separated and convenient sanitary. wifi in all rooms. a rich breakfast, cheese, yogurt, fruit, orange juice, coffee, tea, croissants etc. at will, only small flat I could not have hot milk unsweetened. for the distribution device, the milk must be sweet to avoid it turning. full board 78€, half board for 63€ net without surprise (except drink). It's the formula chosen. unique menu in the evening in this season hearty dishes, family cuisine very good quickly and with a smile, which does not spoil anything. If I have to go back to dignity it's in this hotel that I'll go, and I advise it very strongly. the email address is : [email protected]
