We were there for dinner tonight, August 11th, with a group of 10. Since the reservation in April, the hosts knew that 10 people would come to eat. After being greeted by the waiter, we were immediately told that we shouldn't all order a different dish. On the occasion of the reservation not a word was pointed out; Otherwise we probably would have preferred a different restaurant. In the starter, Vitello Tonnato, a small live snail was hiding under a lettuce leaf. The service staff, pointed out, apologized briefly and that's it. From an innkeeper with a claim like this: Running a restaurant is less of a challenge than a passion. With a reliable team and a common claim at the highest level, our guests have our full attention. I expect that such an incident will be declared a top priority and that the host will personally try to come to the table and clarify the situation. Unfortunately, Herr Hirzel didn't think that was necessary. The bill was issued for the full amount with no further comment. Only after stubborn insistence on the service staff, who had to contact the boss by phone (boss had already finished work at 10:00 p.m. was the snail starter removed from the bill. Every Thursday they can choose so many courses they like. for ex. 3 courses and if they realize that they are still hungry, they can still order a cure, really a special thing and a very good idea!

All said in the title, nice to sit outside. in the inner would not be our thing to cut through a setting.

Had an amazing family dinner in the restaurant. the nüsslisalat is amazing, the main was stroganof, that was absolutely fantastic! the prices are not so cheap, and seemed very full, so it is best to make a reservation before going.
