The species “Pfannkuchenhaus” seems to have fallen from the ground for several years. as my girls have met this gastronomy on the beautiful island fehmarn, they were very glad to have found such species here on the Baltic Sea in Dierhagen. I couldn't fight big, so I could get the phone and order a table. two days later it was so far, so it went to Dierhagen Beach. Close to the beautiful sandy beach is the Pannkuchenhaus (Pfannkuchenhaus) and you will find a number of parking spaces for four-wheeled protection, but it is better to come by bike that you get into the Rigs everywhere. immediately after that the service appears and we know that without order, unfortunately nothing is possible. but we were lucky, and so it went into the gas room. gas room this is equipped with large wooden and ledereckbänken rustic. You can also sit comfortably on the very wide chairs. hanging on the walls all kinds of utensils of former agriculture, documents and articles of time of approx. 1930 until the turn. historical testimonies arrived at the wall at the place was given to us the menu, or rather a food flyer. Menu or flyer this is in hearty pancakes, sweet pancakes, carving dishes, small appetizers and three kinds of fish. I don't need the last three if I go to a pancake house, because that's almost like the supply of food in the fish restaurant. After a short look, our soft drinks request was fixed. a bitter lemon and tonic for each 3,90 €, a rombach sauce for 3,70 €, a kiba and ne pepsi for also every 3,90 € for the 0.4 l glass. after about 20 minutes all had their pancakes standing before them. These were quite large and almost all plates covered. the “Viva Mexico” was provided with lots of large minced bread, fresh tomato pieces, fresh pepper strips, maize from the dose, abundant cheese and a pleasantly slightly sharp chili sauce. the pancake dough, in contrast to the fehmarian variants, is slightly sweet, so without sugar. “Viva Mexico” with minced meat, tomatoes, peppers, corn, cheese and chilisauce the two “Great Dutch” also with large minced meat pieces, fresh spinach, large broccoli spins, also a lot of Gouda and sauce Beranaise. “Great Dutch” with minced meat, spinach, broccoli, Gouda Sauce Beranaise only manko here, through the mild food much, which was very in love when preparing the minced meat of the cook or cook, because the minced meat without supplement was quite salty. “Great Dutch” with minced meat, spinach, broccoli, Gouda sauce Beranaise the “Italian” was filled with lots of boiled ham, fresh tomato pieces, lots of mozzarella and champions from the dose. “Italian” with ham, tomatoes, mozzarella and champions “Italian” with ham, tomatoes, mozzarella and champions added, all hearty pancakes had a supplement to the cucumber and carrot salad. I can't judge if it was fresh or comfortable. then there was a “milkbubi” for the three girls they shared. this was baked like with grandma to home with small apple pieces, plus a huge filling of dairy with cinnamon and sugar. the “milkbubi” with baked apple pieces, filled with milky, cinnamon I wonder where my girls put it down. after a short hour we were finished and 98 Euronen started. because it was so beautiful, and I have no pancake house near us in sachsen fortunate, and I could not resist the innocent views of the girls, it had to return there in the second week of vacation. where they are right. this time we had a completely different operation, where you already noticed that they worked at work for a few days, but was still friendly. this time it should be a “Swiss” with Mozzarella, Gouda, Camembert and feta for €13.50, a “Norweger” with smoked salmon, Senf Dills sauce, wobel rings and ei for €14.60, a “Grieche” with Gyros, tzatziki and Wobbles for €14.40, and again the “Great Holpils so There is nothing else to say about the Netherlands than for the first time. “Great Dutch” with minced meat, spinach, broccoli, Gouda Sauce Beranaise the “Swiss” with mozzarella, Gouda, Camembert and feta was then too much of the good, and only too much cheese. “Swiss” with Mozzarella, Gouda, Camembert and feta the “Grieche” with Gyros, tzatziki and Taumel was well filled. But whoever awaits a circle like Greeks is disappointed. the circles quite dry, almost fad in taste, for them with much sharp, red tzatziki and creamy tzatziki. “Grieche” with Gyros, tzatziki and the “Norwegian” was again a ravine. with much smoked salmon, with mild mustard cubes, many red wobble rings and some slices of fresh boiled egg. “Norweger” with smoked salmon, mustard dill sauce, whirlpool rings and ice and what could not be missing again as a dessert? for the second time we left 80 € there again. Conclusion: If you want something else, try a pancake house. I am always skeptical, I prefer the sweet variations ala ́oma with butter and sugar at home. the hearty variants here is something else. but this is enough until in autumn it goes back to opi hard to fear.
