The poached eggs were like hard boiled eggs, coffee mediocre. Waste of money

The egg itself has collapsed, a skin of prot... read more I asked for the eggs benedict. The meal comes out and there are streamers of egg white trailing all over the place. The egg itself has collapsed, a skin of protein failing to contain a leaking mess of raw egg white and yolk. The bread is soggy with the cooking water. The Hollandaise is foamy. The smoked salmon has that brown crust that forms when it's been out of the packet and unwrapped for too long. I am shocked anyone plated this up and brought it to the table and said 'here you go sir, enjoy'. I ask for it to be done again. You know what's coming next, you just know... Yep, eggs poached until hard, crumbling yolks, passive-aggression on a plate. I get up and walk away. The bread here is phenomenal and the people are friendly, but the kitchen is an absolute clownshow.
