Honestly, the chips and salsa aren't my main concern. I spent over $60 on my order, and a little respect in return would have been appreciated, especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money. I felt completely disrespected, and I believe the manager should be embarrassed by this kind of behavior.

I got the queso with no meat and it was literally soup. They don’t strain the beans or salsas so all of that extra liquid turns the queso into this gross liquidy soup. It also made me sick and I spent the night throwing up. The service has been increasingly getting worse the past few months. They also stopped giving you enough chips for an entree of queso. It would be fine for a side or a kids meal but I’ve been having to buy a bag of chips on my way home. Vegetarian options: The veggies are gross and they got rid of the impossible meat

Absolutely horrible place to work. Hands down the worst job experience I've ever had in my 20 years of employment, I barely lasted 3 months. The management is horrendous, they talk about the employees to other management/employees thinking you can't hear them whispering putting you down, then they talk down to you like you're stupid for not knowing little things, and get mad at new people for struggling...Do better!!
