Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Tonight I ordered a pizza with no mushrooms, even clarified no mushrooms when they asked again what I had said. Had someone pick up the pizza and when they got back it had mushrooms under the other toppings and not just a few but loaded. I can not even scrape the mushrooms off and still eat it due to my allergy even thought I really shouldn't have to but if it wasn't serve I would have because Im not that petty but in this case Im not risking a trip to the ER. Tried calling 3 times no answer( must have been too close to closing and didn't want to take any orders) and to top it off when I had ordered and hung up I literally told myself well someone hates there job due to the attitude I got when ordering which didn't get to me but was definitely noticed. No impressed and will take my business elsewhere

Amazing customer service. I am disabled and use a crisp, so when I let the load full with hands, the female hired the door kept open to me. I've never had customer service. but if I have eaten one of the salads I bought, I have stabbed on an inexpectious olive pit and that has hurt my teeth. I have no complaints except the olive mine!

We were hungry Canadians from out of town staying at a hotel across the street. We walked from across the street and ordered a Chicago style pizza which we were super excited about! BUT just a heads up for people from out of town, they don’t actually COOK the pizza. So we had no way of cooking the pizza and ended up giving to the guy at the front desk and ordered Dominos : . The front desk guy was juiced, but we were sad. Nothing wrong with the service. Just would have been nice to have a heads up knowing that they don’t cook the pizza. We also should have maybe looked at the front sign a bit harder “Papa Murphy’s take and bake pizza”. But I had just drank a monster energy drink and couldn’t focus on 1 thing for more than 5 seconds.

What a cool crew. they work together really well. I like everything on my pizza. When they say special instructions, they will like to do it for them. that's worth it.
