Mcdonald's - Dickinson

Yesterday, on June 23rd, I had plans to have lunch at McDonald's with my six-year-old grandson. I was not disappointed. My grandson was happy with his plain cheeseburger from the Happy Meal, and I enjoyed my double quarter pounder combo. Delicious! He also received a Buzz Lightyear toy in his Happy Meal, which was perfect timing with the movie coming out this weekend. The McDonald's location was great, clean, and we received excellent service. Thank you, The Great John!

Pretty good for a McDonald's to be honest, the staff is always very friendly and do their work very well. I always get my food fast and they rarely forget everything on my order.

The employees are consistently friendly, but I wish they had more slots for online orders and that the pickup area was relocated. It can get crowded at times.

On a Saturday morning at 9:40 a.m., I sat in the drive-thru for 8 minutes without moving at all. This is definitely not McDonald's. It would be more efficient if they had two employees outside with computers taking orders and accepting payment. It seems like they lack interest in customer service and have poor management.

I have my double-square-put combo. yum! at any rate in his happy meal he received a buzz light year toy.
