However, the menu had so many items that it seemed difficult for the kitchen to prepare everything properly. My wife and I typically order small portions since we’re not big eaters, and while that was acceptable, the quality was lacking. I ordered the dry-aged 8 oz tenderloin medium rare, but it came out well overcooked and dry. The dried tomato horseradish butter served with it was disappointing—there was no horseradish flavor at all. The braised Brussels sprouts on the side were also overcooked. My wedge salad didn't meet my expectations, though it was quite large. Additionally, the shrimp that accompanied my wife's entrée was overcooked and rubbery. Overall, we were not impressed, especially considering we dine out frequently and have experience at many restaurants around the world. We won’t be returning here.
