Domino's Pizza - Dickinson

It was my worst experience with a pizza delivery. I ordered pizza for the family and used the app to track the delivery. An hour and a half later, the app said it was delivered, but it was not. I called the store, trying to be polite since they would be handling my family’s dinner for the night. However, when I asked for the name of the person I was talking to, she got very defensive. Despite this, I remained polite and addressed her as ma’am. However, she abruptly hung up on me when I requested to cancel the order and be refunded.Frustrated, I decided to drive to the store to ask for a refund and make a complaint in person. When I arrived, I asked for the manager. The manager asked me for the name of the person I had spoken to, but I explained that she had refused to give me her name. He responded by saying that only deep-voiced males worked at the store, which I found strange and unhelpful. As I was getting ready to leave, I heard a voice that I had thought was a lady 's coming from the person answering the phone. At that point, I realized the manager was being untruthful.I then asked for the name of his manager, but he told me that I would have to google that information myself. It was a frustrating and unbelievable experience.

Food made me sick. It's 4 am and I have been in and out of the restroom since I ate pizza and wings for dinner yesterday.Update 9pm. Still sick ? from the food.

I ordered a pizza off the app just to get a call 40 minutes after the fact to tell me that they don't deliver to my area. Turns out Baclif location received my order. Tried again but I called my local branch by phone this time. 1 hour and 40 later nothing. Turns out their answering service picked up and place my order for delivery at another location which also didn't deliver to me. I wish Domino's would just go back to direct branch phone numbers. 2 pizzas went to waste and I didn't get to eat until 3.5 hours after my original order. SMH!Too bad 30 minutes or less is no longer available. I would have earned 6 free pizza's. ?
