Backyard Brewing Company - Dickinson

Mike is a fantastic and knowledgeable individual who creates delicious brews and offers great advice for home brewing. The atmosphere at his establishment is very inviting. I will definitely return not just for the tasty beer, but also for the amazing people who frequent Backyard Brewing Company.

Backyard Brewing is a hidden gem on Hwy 3 near Dickinson. My husband and I love trying breweries and this one was very unique and gave a backyard vibe as promised. The brewmaster was so friendly and took the time to explain all the beers on tap. He also held great conversation with us. The beers we delicious. My husband had a pilsner and a Japanese beer, which were great. I had a dark porter, hefeweizen and a dunkel and they were very smooth and flavorful. We enjoyed it some much we bought into their bottle cap club to get $1 beers when returning!

Amazing hospitality at this brewery. Met the brewer, got a tour of all his hard work. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area

Nice little brewery hidden in an industrial park. Parking is a little bit of an issue, but doable. The brew master was away the day we tried but the guy working was quite knowledgeable about the beer. We tried a flight since it was our first time there. It seems most of their beer leans to the dark side, which made one of us happy. The atmosphere was cute and made to look like someone's backyard. While I didn't find a beer that did it for me that day, I would definitely give them another chance.
