What User doesn't like about Zaffran:
This restaurant is located within the Nataraj Hotel in Dibrugarh. They offer a variety of food options, however, their services could use some improvement. It would be helpful if the restaurant had food available at different times, especially since it can be difficult to eat late at night in a hotel of this size. View all feedback.
I dined at the restaurant in Hotel Nataraj and was disappointed by the lack of breakfast options available.
I stayed at Natraj and decided to dine at another restaurant, so I visited for a beer only. It was a Saturday evening and the restaurant was almost full. Thankfully, we found comfortable seating and ordered a pint of beer. Unfortunately, the one we wanted was not available, so we settled for Kingfisher. I also tried their only available cocktail, the Maultier, which was cool and refreshing. The breakfast here was a pleasant surprise, as it was the best I've had in years.

Was a series of times to zaffran. hotel natraj has a trust seal. good food, good ambiente and service. must be included in the fine dining list.
Lovely ambience being part of hotel Natraj..service was clean and prompt but the food left a lot to be desired. Prawn in oyster sauce was salty that the taste of prawn was fully masked so was the fried rice. Rice noodles was sparsely seasoned and...baby corn starters wanted more cooking.....on the whole a good experience which fell short on the main point food.
