Let me begin. I understand that, during the current environment, expectations due to personnel and other problems must be slightly reduced. Our last waitress welcomed us immediately and took our drinks and appetizer. Drinks arrived shortly after and the appetizer was not far away. We asked for Ranch for the appetizer, but never received. I ordered a burger and the woman ordered a salad. If it wasn't for the Mayo that I ordered with the burger, it wouldn't have had any taste. The taste was cooked from it. After our food was delivered, that was the last time we saw our waitress until it was time to pay. This is not our first time here and as I said, I recognize the current problems that the restaurant industry faces. But it could take a while before we give them another try. It is good food (usually) and we enjoy it. Just a night experience for us.

Great variety of burgers and a good selection of design beer... the service can be slow when you go when they are crowded, but we never had a bad experience and the food is delicious. A few favorites are the Steak Burger, Da Big Kahuna and the Briscoe Inferno chicken sandwich.

We came and sat in the bar Saturday night with Alyssa? I think that was her name. She was great! She was very busy and made sure that we knew it was her first night as a bartender, but we were very impressed by her upbeat attitude and fast service despite everything she had before! Food was great, drinks were great! The only thing she told us was that there was a mix with our egg rolls as an appetizer, but she had come and apologized for the new ones. It took only 4-5 minutes and she was back with them! It wasn't a problem, and we appreciate honesty! The manager would come and help her with drinks and he was also very friendly. We're coming back!

Fantastic food! I had the Patoburger with one side onion rings. The burger was tasteful and juicy. The onion rings were delicious. Zay was our server and he did an excellent job. My husband said his burger was the best he would ever cost. I tried a few beer breweries from my husband and they were amazing. We will definitely come back!

The food is always good. I’m a vegetarian and still like to go out with my family. I like to order the veggie burger with sweet potato fries. On our most recent visit, I had chunks of ground meat in with my sweet potato fries. It wasn’t a problem because I can just pick it out. I know to expect having my food grilled and cooked with all the meat options and that isn’t a problem for me. It was just very strange to find 4 chunks of ground meat in my fries. Other than that, the food was good and I highly recommend the the Pickle chips and sweet potato fries
