Notified order ready, got to store and told they didn’t fill order due to being out of brisket. After being ignored and 20 minutes later my husband finally got guy to put some kind of meat on sandwiches. Never offered a refund or substitution of the meat. And did not notify us prior to arrival that there was an issue. On our way home with mystery sandwiches.
