Ordered a cookie cake the day before and was told, ?yes it will be ready by the next day at 10:30AM?. The person on the phone confirmed with the manager that it would be done the next day. Came in to get it today and guess what? It was not ready. Thanks Great American Cookie for the the great service you do! Too many fruit flies inside of the cookie displays! Yuck!

This place is awesome! Great service and delicious sweets. The manager, Britnei is amazing and her employees always seem so happy when I visit. This place definitely beats Crumble Cookie any day! 10 out of 10 recommend!
They are super busy at this location. And they don't accept the American cookie app coupons .
