What David LaBrake doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza, beef, onion, and bacon. I waited and carried it out. Got it home. Disappointed, light on cheese and very minimal on the other 3 toppings very disappointing for an almost $12 pizza. View all feedback.
I ordered a medium pizza with three toppings: beef, onion, and bacon. After waiting for it and carrying it out, I got home only to be disappointed. There was barely any cheese, and the three toppings were very minimal. For almost $12, I expected much more.
Another disappointing experience. This time, they didn't lose my order; they simply got it wrong. I received a lot of excuses from the store, promising they would resolve the issue, but no one ever came or called. If I could give zero stars, I would. However, after writing this, a driver did finally arrive with the correct order. Even so, it was still far from a great experience, as I didn't receive what I wanted until two hours later, and by then I had already eaten. At least the store did the right thing in the end.
Pizza came undercooked and doughy. I ordered it well done. Picture of still stretchy dough provided
Great wave pool and slides! The manager was very accommodating. However, the staff at the front entrance and the concession area could use some improvement. On the positive side, the lifeguards seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Overall, I had a fantastic time!
I really have no problem with the pizza. I do however have a problem with how I can order a pizza for pick up. I tried calling recently to order my usual large hand tossed pepperoni sausage olives pizza. It always comes up to $8 something. However when Icalled I got some foreigner who took my order then tried to charge me almost $20. I said oh wait no no what happened to a 3topping pizza for $7.99? Cancel that order. So I went to pizza hut instead because they took my order on the phone not someanswering service. You are going to lose a lot of customers who do not order from answering services or on line because of thehidden costs or inaccurate totals. Do better Dominos. People want to talk to people who really work at the sight if they arewilling to pick it up. Automated isn't always the best answer for customer service.
