The tacos are very delicious at Guac's new Baja Mexican Grill. Fresh food great guacamole made from scratches! Appropriate prices. Unlike most, I tried and I love Mexican food. Try it!!

I've come here twice in a week now, once for lunch and breakfast. The quality is amazing, everything is freshly made with the meats cooked over a woodfire grill, giving it that backyard smoked flavor. It gives a change from the standard options at Chipotle with a wider cariety of menu choices and freshness. The owners were there this morning and are a stand up bunch of guys committed to excellence and customer service. They spotted something wrong and took care of it on the spot. Guacs has found a new loyal customer with that kind of service.

Went here for the first time, and was intrigued. A much better alternative to Mexican fast food. Pros: -clean -friendly knowlwdgeable staff -good value -sooooo tasty -many choices -authentic -poppin' beats in the background -TV showing sports Cons(very minor issues): -microscopic water cups -shredded beef could be better My plate was empty after the delicious meal, not a molecule of food left on it!

This is a fantastic new restaurant in the plaza, and there's plenty of free parking available. I took advantage of Taco Tuesday and tried a variety of tacos, which were all incredibly tasty thanks to the selection of meats they offered. I'm delighted to see a place that prioritizes high-quality meat and also uses environmentally friendly food containers. However, I wish the person who took my order had mentioned that guacamole was free. I only found out after I placed my order when another staff member offered it to other customers. Overall, I'm looking forward to trying more items from the menu!

I absolutely love this restaurant! If I had to choose between Chipotle and Guacs, I'd definitely pick Guacs. The flavors are better, and they offer a wider variety of options than Chipotle. The service is incredibly friendly too. Plus, the burritos are gigantic!
