I visited last night and ordered coffee. I had to ask two staff members where my coffee was, and it turns out they had accidentally spilled the pot and needed to make a new batch. I’m curious what really happened to my coffee. Unfortunately, my server didn’t seem apologetic about the delay in my order. I used to enjoy this place, but it seems like their service has declined. This was my first disappointing experience at a Chili's. The Bloody Mary was missing all the usual extras like celery and olives. The Sauvignon Blanc served was warm, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the queso dip was excessively salty. Our server was pleasant, but seemed overwhelmed with too many tables, causing delays in service.
Had a great lunch with family, good service and fast seating. Plenty of open spaces and great cold beer
The Caesar salad wasPacked with so much garlic that it felt like it was burning my mouth, similar to the sensation of hot chilies.
Ate at the bar, bartender was super friendly and fast!
