The place does o... read more The place is very crowded and a great level of maintenance is required to cater to a large number of customers, especially during the weekends. The place does offer a great range of dishes and cuisine but not all of them live up to her expectations, you can try to choose the dishes that are most served but the dish like raagi sangati was not properly cooked. There was a waiting time of around 30 mins as well during lunchtime. You can keep these things in mind and try the restaurant.

I had a special bias towards Kritunga as I looked forward to them as the flag bearer for Telangana cuisine. The food quality was awful. The service was haywire. Specially when you are having a setup in highway, you expect people from across the country to visit you and they have to be on the top of their toes. The huge place with ample seating, with people flowing in during lunch and dinner. They seriously need some think tank to ensure quality and service.

Little expensive consid... read more Excellent external ambience. Simple internal setup. Staff is kind enough, but little slow in attending the visitors and also negligence. Little expensive considering the quantity served. If not all, the taste few items were good. Sufficient parking space available. Well maintained washrooms. Not all items in the menu were available during dinner time. Cool/soft drinks needs to be ordered and served outside the restaurant. Same is the case for hot beverages like coffee.
